Sometimes we are able to deliver and pick-up your orders. Email us with your job information including:

    4. Will you provide parking for us? Permit? Loading Dock?
    5. What is the load-in/load-out like? Distance? Stairs? Elevator? Challenges?

Our prices are not inflated to absorb deep discounts. That being said if you are a repeat customer with an account in good standing, we can extend a 10% discount on most orders to help hit/maximize your budget. Alternatively, on multiday rentals we may be able can give a day(s) for free.

Of note, we are proud that all employees of Street Team Studios, LLC are provided with quality health insurance & wage increases in line with inflation. Pick-ups outside of normal business hours Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM, incur additional fees and are only done by appointment. Please email regarding date and time.

Our order form lists the base 1-day rental price or purchase price. Our rates are broken out by periods; 1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, 1-Week, 2-Week, and 3/4-Week rentals. Our prices are progressive as your rental days increase.

Street Team Studios does not charge you for your production rentals on the pick-up and return days.

For smaller production supply orders, you can pick-up from our office on the Greenpoint Ave side of our building and for larger production supply rentals you will pick-up from our loading dock. Here is our location.

Expendables are ONLY pay-per-use in conjunction with a rental order (minimum $100). Paper products & light bulbs are NEVER Pay-Per-Use. There is a $1 restocking fee for most expendables except fabrics, scrim, cello, and rolls of gels/diffusion outside of the 36 rolls included in the gel kit, which have a $5 restocking fee. Any new item opened, partially used, or unsellable is a full purchase.

Our rolling TT Kit has all the useful tape & ties used on set. You pay the base rental to have it on your set and then only pay for what is opened/used from the kit. Check it out here

Yes. All radios & walkie batteries are sent out fully charged.

Because our walkies and walkie bricks are the newer upgraded digital models, they will last anywhere from 12hrs-14hrs on a full charge.

Yes and no. Our walkies can withstand getting wet in the rain and snow but if they become fully submerged in water you may get damage to the walkie talkie. Check out Street Team’s YouTube on this subject.

No, they will not work, as we have a specific FCC license here at Street Team which includes our own frequency that is not shared with any other company’s walkie talkie frequencies.

You can find the network ID and password to Street Team’s MiFi’s in three places. We provide a network ID and password one sheet with every MiFi, print the ID and password on the back of each device, and you can go into the setting on the actual hotspot device and find it.


We require a completed and signed CC Authorization Form, images of credit card listed front/back, image of driver’s license of cardholder, and a COI (Instructions on pg.3 of the CC Auth).  

There is FREE cancellation up to 24hrs prior to pick-up. Any cancellation within 24hrs of the pick-up is subject to a 20% restock fee.

Street Team charges your credit card upon return and after everything is checked in. We may place a hold on your credit card for the total rental. Moreover, if you don’t have a COI we may put a hold on your credit card for the replacement value. Longer rental orders over 2-Weeks require 50% payment at pick-up.

When you have L&D with Street Team you may file an insurance claim, but we will charge the card on file for any L&D incurred on the return day as outlined in our CC Auth. Your insurance company would than reimburse you for the loss/claim.

No, Street Team does not offer terms to any customer, and will not accept any changes (red lines) to our CC Auth. All payments are due on the return day for rentals -or- at pick-up for purchases. We treat all of our customers exactly the same regardless of whether you are a student film or giant corporation.
